Sanvo Training College is a college for Sanvo’s personnel. Since its
establishment in 2003,it has provided training to over 2000 man-count of Sanvo’s employees and
distributors allover China.The mission of the training college is to spread the ideas of Sanvo Corporate
Culture, enhance Sanvo’s technology and strengthen Sanvo’s management. Sanvo takes Corporate
Culture as itscore competitiveness, whose system and concepts work effectively only with the
self-discipline of the employees and the relative party.As “training” is an important tool to introduce this system and concept to
employees, Sanvostrongly believes that “Training is Productivity” Sanvo Training College was led by a team of directors including General Manager
and the Chief Officers of the different divisions. The College’s Principal is elected by the
board ofdirectors, who assumes the full responsibility to run the college. The different
departments have to give the College’s Principal support. The Principal serves a term of 2
years and new Principal is elected after the Chinese New Year of the second year. The
Principal has to stipulate an Annual Training Schedule and submit such to the board of directors
for approval.
Yan Changying & Fang Jianglin were the Principals who have led the College.The College was set within Sanvo’s premises, and includes a sizable lecture
room, Wencheng Hall, Huijun Hall, Skill Training Base and dormitory. It is installed with
advanced multi-media equipments, and can accommodate more than a hundred learners. It is
an ideal venue for study, practicum, research as well as extra-curricular activities. The
College constantly receives experts & professors from home and abroad for lecture and
observation, which greatly increase the quality of Sanvo’s Training College. It is the continuing effort of the College to create an intelligent corporate
platform, in line with its mission to “enrich its learners’knowledge”, to research new ways and
proposals in training so as to enhance the quality of the training, thereby facilitating the
progress of Sanvo.
I. Training Task
1. Systematic In-house training such as marketing, ISO, employees’ handbook,
corporate
culture as well as products and safety awareness.
2. Training by out-sourced specialists and professors, technological exchanges
with customers
3. Comprehensive training was provided to Sanvo’s distributors and customers to
cover main
topics such as professional knowledge and operation skills.
4. Implement “Recruitment from Graduates”, fresh graduates are trained to fill
positions.
II. About the Training
1. Chief officer from the various divisions is each given a 3-hour-powerpoint
course, to
learn about the mission, responsibility and operation ideology of its division.
Subjects are
discussed in a multiple-choice, true & false and fill-in-the-blanks format.
2. Each laboratory is given a couple of hours PowerPoint course, which includes
subjects
discussed in a multiple-choice, true & false and fill-in-the-blanks format.
3. Departmental Manager is each given a 2-hour-PowerPoint course, to learn
about the
mission, responsibility and operation ideology of its division. Subjects are
discussed in a
multiple-choice, true & false and fill-in-the-blanks format.
4. Special training on safety, discipline, regulations & rules, also
discussed with
applicable case studies
5. An assessment test is given within 3 days after the training. Assessment is
an
important tool in training.
III. With the aid of Administration and Personnel Department, training
record is entered in the
employee’s profile and will be used as a reference in salary and appraisal
reviews.

practicality and effectiveness.
