Introduction
In line with the marketing concept of “focus, dedicate and excel”, Auxiliary
Products Department is disintegrated from the household decoration department.
This Department is responsible for marketing activities of aerosol spray paint,
adhesives, glass sealant, decorative wax, spray wax, sealants and strong A
& B Adhesives. It deals with industries such as hardware, electrical,
chemical, coating, machinery, building materials, decoration and advertising
etc. We are one of the top 3 in the aerosol spray paint and adhesives
industries. We target to become a famous brand in the glass sealant and
adhesives industries within the next 2 years.

Advertising Proposal
I. A proposal is drafted up, the advertising department implements and
supervises the execution according to its budget. Branding Supervisor designs
the image and gathers resources to support premium quality customers. We work
hand in hand with our distributors to invest in big outdoor signs and
advertising events.
II. Advertising supports
1. Outdoor signs: ① small outdoor signs signage board of shops
2. Promotional items: ① Labels, flyers, posters, banners, calendars etc
②Gifts include pens, woodwork markers, plastic bags, paper cups, glasses,towels, T-shirts, playing cards, umbrellas and balloons etc.
3. Promotional events : ① subsidies for promotional events bonus gift
4. Mission seminars: subsidies to distributors for meetings and gift expenses
5. Promotional flyers and catalogs: mainly includes flyers, catalogs and
brochures for new products
Job descriptions
1. Marketing Manager: Reporting to CEO, Marketing Manager is in charge of the
overall operation of his department. He organizes and implements annual plan,
and formulates rules and regulations. He has to fulfill growth and net profit
targets. At the same time, he has to appraise the department’s subordinates. He
coordinates the research of launching a new product, the marketing work and the
customer feedback.
2. Assistant to Manager: Assisting the Department Manager in the work of
formulating rules and regulations. Acting as a bridge between the Department
Manager and the Regional Manager. Also responsible for the daily regional
marketing.
3. Regional Manager: Actively organizing the marketing activities in his region
in accordance with the guidelines given by the Company & the Department. He
has to fulfill the annual sales target, and is expected to be diligently
working hard towards good communication, personnel training, network building,
sales outlet management and sales promotion.
4. Assistants: Taking orders and assignments from the Manager or Regional
Manager, Assistants are expected to work diligently in expanding markets, as
well as seriously engaging in network building, sales outlet management and
sales promotion. Assistants should upgrade their skills so that they can work
more independently.
