1993: |
started to plan for the set up of Sanvo. With initial capital of RMB6,000, we first settled our foot-prints in Daliang Shunde and started our first product – liquid sealant. |

1994: |
“Shunde Daliang Sanvo Lateral Products Factory” was officially set up. Epoxy agricultural machinery adhesives and aerosol spray paint were launched. Nov 8 is a date to remember and celebrate as Sanvo’s factory anniversary. |

1995: |
“Shunde Sanvo Enterprise Ltd” was set up under a partnership nature. By consignment, we set up 16 sales offices allover China to promote mainly our products for the vehicles spare-parts industry. |

1996: |
As a result of hasty expansion, Sanvo experienced the most difficult times of its operation – quality problems, high volume of refund requests, bad debts etc all caused low morale. Differences in views among partners necessitated a total re-structure of the ownership. |

1997: |
Started to manufacture coating and AB adhesives. Sanvo recruited its very first Vice-President but things did not work out properly as expected. Sanvo’s CEO had to embark a lonely venture allover China to collect debts and to seriously study the different markets. “Sanvo” brand was successfully registered, and “CI” became an important concept for Sanvo’s development. |

1998: |
There was a complete change in Sanvo’s marketing strategy. Sanvo closed all its representative offices and employed “distributorship” instead. CI strategy was employed. Collaborated with Guangzhou Chemistry Laboratory to formulate and manufacture adhesives. |

1999: |
Growing steadily, “distributorship” proved to be an effective solution. Neoprene type contact adhesives were put in production, Sanvo started to extend product range to household decoration. Quality Assurance Department was set up. A conference was held in Shunde Yingjian Hotel to discuss growth direction. Due to a change in plan, a collaboration contract was aborted in the business gathering held in Shunde. |

2000: |
Sanvo shifted its production base to Zhongshan. A lot of new talents were recruited. Deep thoughts were given to “mono-brand” and “simple packaging” concepts. Sanvo’s sales team was successfully set up. |

2001: |
The production facility in Zhongshan launched its production run. Recruitment continued, and positions for Supply Department were filled. Emulsion paint, polishing wax, floor wax, silicon sealant was all introduced to the market. There was vigorous planning and discussion in marketing technique, to decide on an integrated or a diversified approach. We set a mission slogan, which was later refined as our “14 Golden Marketing Rules”. The operation was divided into 3 main streams: Production, Technology and Quality Control. |

2002: |
Workshops were held in different places allover China, to broadcast the concepts of Sanvo. “Sanvo (Zhongshan)Aerosol Co.,Ltd” was officially incorporated. Sanvo successfully formulated its own decorative coating. Technician positions were recruited. Production techniques were refined and improved. Sanvo started to recruit staffs from universities. |

2003: |
We strived through “SARS”. “Corporate Culture” was launched, and knowledge management was fully implemented. We re-structured the organization into 4 main divisions. Technical research was done on a project basis. Office building, Training College, Employee’s dormitory and canteen were all completed. Sanvo successfully passed different ISO certifications and labeling certification. Financial position was opened up and was recruited from public. |

2004: |
Sanvo seriously devoted its energy to quality control, production management and set up a production technology division. The new Quality Control Building and Training Centre was completed. Fluorocarbon coating, anaerobic adhesives were successfully formulated. The engineers who have grown up with Sanvo were given responsibility to different research projects. Spare part division was born. There were lots of international activities. Sanvo was proudly awarded “Enterprise with advanced culture”. Further efforts were put to refine the company’s discipline and get rid of any mal-practice. Profit was affected due to sharp rise of oil price. |

2005: |
Sanvo shifted its marketing focus to coating and adhesives, making these 2 as the company’s product strength. America Sanvo (Hong Kong) Chemical Technology Holdings was officially set up. The first Coating Conference was held. Nitrocellulose paint was formulated. Silicone glass sealant was launched to market. We pledged to succeed in coating. Coating Department was set up and was operated along with the 2 existing departments: Auxiliary Products Department and Auto-parts Products Department. Our Export Department started vigorously its work to achieve the goal of globalizing Sanvo’s products. We started to advertise on CCTV, and the Sanvo brand was proudly awarded Listed Famous Brand. Sanvo became the unit which drafted the Industry Standard for Aerosol Paint. |

2006: |
Sanvo obtained the “Safety Production Permit” in hazardous chemical goods. We continue to implement and follow ISO management system. Export Department is running in full dynamics, and so are the positions of all other divisions. |

2007: |
Making bigger and bigger as our target, Sanvo combined with Foshan Shunde Tuye coating Co,.Ltd to develop coating market. We hope to be the leader in furture.
Implement and carry out new Labor Law. Modified Employee Handbook.
Build company’s long time marketing strategy, Comsumate marketing system.
Sanvo is strict to quality, implement the management of 6S methold. And be awarded as Advanced enterprise in safty of production work by Safty Inspect and Managerment Institute.
Carried out Aerosol paint Industry Standard.
In order to stand the same level with government, Sanvo built up its’ own Party. |

2008: |
After too many time’s selection, Sanvo Paint and Sealant was chosen to be used in National Olympic Games Center. Sanvo brand followed Olympic Game’s spirit.
According to high speed delvoping, a lot of professional article and patents were published in authoriative magazine.
Lubricant oil listed successfully.
Accessory department was changed into a new name as Autoparts products department.
In october, Sanvo (Zhongshan) Aerosol Co. Ltd changed its name into Guangdong Sanvo Chemical Industry Technology Limited. |

2009: |
Sanvo brand was awarded as China famous trademark. Sanvo trademark was collected by China famous trademark website from Jan. 2009. We started from sales until to do marketing.
The capacity of research and innovation was admitted by our national government. Sanvo company was awarded as Hi-tech Enterprise by Guangdong provice department of Sicence and Technology, Department of finance of Guangdong province, Guangdong province office SAT and Guangdong Local Taxation Bureau, Which created some advanced conditions for company’s sustainable development.
The sales amout of lubricant oil is larger and larger. In order to increase the force of advertisement and build the global brand, we set up a lubricant oil website, which is www.sanvooil.com.
Sanvo was awarded as Advanced Private Scientific and Technological Enterprises certificate in June.
Sanvo combined with Guangxi Guilin Unversity of Technology to build a basement on production, stury and research. |

In January, Sanvo silicone sealant was confirmed by Guangdong Technology Inspection department.
From January to April, Sanvo orgainzed 3 times advanced distributor’s meeting. Our CEO Ernest atteded these meetings and discussed with distributors on some important problems of Sanvo’s future plan. Emphasized Sanvo’s postion, which is quality in middle or high place, price in middle or low place. Through our position for marketing, to creat Sanvo’s culture.
In whole 2010, Sanvo orgainzed 24 times grateful meetings for our distributors, and attened more than 9 times exhibition. In future, Sanvo will do its best to build global brand, and make our customer satisified with our company. |
